- Carefully remove the lash from the plastic tray.
- Measure the strip against your actual eyelid. Noting the size needed, pull the lash away from your eyelid and trim off the excess from the outer edges.
- Evenly apply a thin layer of your lash glue. Now, wait approximately 30 seconds for the glue to become tacky.
- Take a handheld mirror and place it under your chin in a perpendicular angle and look downward into the mirror. This application method allows you to see exactly where to place your lashes.
- Carefully position the lash above your natural lashes. Now, gently press the lash down, as close to the base of your natural lashes as possible, and along the natural curvature of your lash line to secure. This will give you the most natural look.
- Now that you have your lashes perfectly in place, let them dry before you fluff them.
- We suggest using lint-free cotton pads or swabs with an oil-free and non-alcohol-based makeup remover.
- Moisten the cotton pad liberally and apply makeup remover along the entire eyelash band.
- Wait at least 30 seconds for the makeup remover to start dissolving the glue.
- Here is where we want you to be patient, so you do not damage your natural lashes or your false eyelashes.
- Gently, push the false lashes in a downward motion, so they slip easily off your eyelid.

- Be sure to handle your false eyelashes with care. Do not pull on the individual strands or tug excessively on the lash band.
- Gently and thoroughly remove all the lash glue and clean any residual makeup from your false lashes after each use.
- Store your lashes in a clean dry place and away from heat sources and external contamination.
- Following these simple steps will extend the life of your false lashes for extended use.
Precautions!
- Never curl your lashes with mascara on. Doing so will damage your natural lashes as well as your false eyelashes.
- Do not pull on the individual lash strands or tug excessively on the lash band.
- Gently and thoroughly clean your lashes after each use.
- Store your lashes in a clean dry place, away from dirt, debris, and heat sources.

Secure Payments
All payments are processed securely by our payment processor Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
Monday through Friday during normal business hours, which is 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (ET). Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of payment.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will automatically receive your shipping and tracking details via email.
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. However, we do have plans for international shipments to begin soon. So, stay connected so you are the first to know when international shipments begin!
Shipping fees will be deducted from the form of initial payments for refused and/or undeliverable packages.
Cosmetic products are not eligible for returns, except in the case of damaged or defective goods. All sales are final, but we want you to be happy so please reach out to us for help if needed!
Defective and damaged products must be addressed upon receipt, and we require the following for replacement:
- Photographs of damaged or defective product.
- Photographs of packaging.
- Copy of sales receipt.
- Brief statement/description of defect or damage, so it is clear what we are looking at in the photos.
- RETURN PRODUCT confirmation email.
Products cleared for return must be shipped within 7 days, include items 1 through 5, marked (RETURN), and shipped to the following address:
